fudge 

 grain/dairy/gluten/sugar-free

 

ingredients:

 -2 c cooked/skinless butternut squash

 -1/2 c cacao powder

 -2 t psyllium husk powder

 -1 t cinnamon

 -1/4 c brewed coffee

 -sea salt

 

directions:

 -In a food processor or blender combine everything until a creamy consistency is achieved 

 -pour into a parchment lined casserole dish or silicon molds

 -freeze until solid and store in freezer

keto, grain/gluten/sugar-free

 

ingredients:

 -1/2 cup solid raw cacao butter 

 -4 tb raw cacao powder

 -1 ts powdered monk fruit extract (I use Lakanto)

 -1/2 ts vanilla extract 

 -pinch of salt to taste

 

directions:

  -put a parchment lined pan in the freezer

 -on low heat, put cacao butter in a saucepan and cover until fully melted

 -take the pan off of heat and whisk in all other ingredients until very smooth

 -put chocolate in a piping bag or ziplock and pipe small "chips" onto your frozen pan

 -freeze until solid, pop them off, and store in fridge!

ingredients: 

 -1 cup raw pecans

 -1/2 cup raw pepitas (shelled pumpkin seeds)

 -1/2 cup raw cacao nibs

 -1 cup unsweetened coconut shreds or flakes

 -1/2 cup melted coconut oil 

 -sea salt 

 -cinnamon 

 

directions:

 -preheat oven to 350

 -in a food processor blend pecans and pepitas lightly (so they are similar in size to cacao nibs)

 -combine everything except cinnamon and salt in a large mixing bowl

 -press into a large sheet of granola on a parchment lined pan 

 -bake for 8 min 

 -sprinkle salt and cinnamon on top to taste

 -freeze until your whole sheet is solid 

 - break apart and store in fridge!

ingredients:

 -1 cup warm strongly brewed black coffee

 -1/2 t powdered cinnamon (use a coffee grinder to make ground into powdered)

 -1/2 T wellness dust 

 -1/8 c unsweetened coconut or cashew milk

 -1/2 t vanilla extract 

 

 

directions:

 -mix all ingredients on high in a blender for 1 min

 -pour in mug, heat up, and enjoy

overnight chia

ingredients:

 -1/2 cup unsweetened nut milk

 -1/4 cup berries (I use bluebs)

 -2 tb chia seeds 

 -1 tb hemp seeds

 -1 ts nut butter 

 -a handful of my grainless granola 

 

directions:

 -combine chia, hemp and milk to sit in the fridge overnight

 -the next day chia mix, and berries in a pot over low heat until warm (or microwave for 30 sec)

 -top with granola and nut butter, enjoy!

grain/gluten/sugar-free 

 

ingredients:

 -1 cup pureed pumpkin

 -1/2 c mashed sweet potato

 -1 tb coconut flour 

 -1 tb oat fiber

 -1 ts pumpkin pie spice 

 -1 ts vanilla extract 

 -dash of sea salt

 -1/2 ts baking powder or soda

 -1/2 c unsweetened nut milk

 -1/4 cup melted chocolate chips (refer to sweet recipes)

 

directions:

 -preheat oven to 350

 -stir all ingredients, except chocolate, well in a mixing bowl

 -on a parchment lined pan form desired sized cookies

 -bake around 15 minutes or until preferred consistency

 -freeze until completely cold (not frozen)

 -drizzle chocolate on top and freeze again until solid (or enjoy melty)

ingredients:

 -3/4 cup almond flour

 -1/4 cup melted cacao butter

 -2 chia eggs (see vegan recipes)

 -1 tb ground cinnamon

 -2 ts vanilla 

 -1 1/2 tb monk fruit extract

 -1/2 ts baking powder

 -dash of sea salt to taste

 

directions:

 -preheat oven to 350

 -mix all ingredients thoroughly 

 -make 6 cookie "patties", roughly 1.5 inches wide 

 -bake for 10-12 min.

ingredients:

 -1 T psyllium husk powder

 -1 T oat fiber

 -3 T coconut flour

 -1 c unsweetened nut milk

 -1 ts vanilla extract

 -1 tb monk fruit extract

 -1/2 t baking soda

 -1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (my recipe)

 

directions:

 -mix all dry ingredients well, along with chocolate chips

 -mix in wet ingredients

 -form desired cookie shape on a parchment lined pan

 -bake on 350 for 20 min for firmer cookies and less for chewier

vegan, keto, grain/gluten/sugar-free

 

ingredients: 

 -1 cup tocos powder

 -3.5 tb ashwagandha powder-

 -5 tb he shou wu powder 

 -3.5 tb reishi powder

 

directions:

 -in a 16 oz jar add all adaptogens

 -screw lid tightly and shake until well mixed

 -use 1 tb to start off

as some people react differently to the effects

 -makes roughly 40 servings of 1 tb

*goes great in smoothies, cookies, chocolate, and other sweeter foods!

ingredients:

 -1 tb chia seeds

 -2 tb water

 

directions:

 -mix well with a spoon

 -let sit until it is a gelatin consistency (about 30 min)

 *this makes one chia egg; double the ingredients for 2 eggs, and so on

vegan, keto, grain/gluten/sugar-free

 

ingredients:

 -1/2 c cantaloupe

 -1/2 c frozen raw carrots

 -1/2 c frozen kabocha squash 

 -3/4 c nut milk

 -2 tb tocos

 -2 tsp bee pollen

 -1 tsp cinnamon

 -2 ice cubes

 

directions:

 -blend all ingredients well in blender (blender stick tool may be needed)

 -freeze for 10 min for an ice creamy texture (optional)

 -top with grainless granola, berries, nut butters......anything!
