basic bread loaf

keto, grain/gluten/sugar-free

 

ingredients:

 -1 tb almond flour

 -1/2 c coconut flour

 -2 tb oat fiber

 -1 tb psyllium husk powder

 -2 tb apple cider vinegar

 -2 c water

 -1 t baking soda

 -salt to taste

 

directions:

 -preheat oven to 350

 -mix dry ingredients well in a food processor

 -add in wet ingredients and mix until smooth

 -pour into a parchment lined bread loaf pan

 -bake for 40 min

pizza crust

keto, grain/gluten/sugar-free

 

ingredients:

 -1/2 c steamed cauliflower

 -2 T coconut flour

 -1/2 T psyllium husk powder  

 -1/2 cup water

 -3/4 t baking powder

 -1/2 t basil, oregano, and garlic

 -salt and pepper to taste

 

directions:

 -preheat oven to 375

 -mix all dry ingredients well

 -blend all ingredients in a food processor to a dough

 -flatten to a thin crust on a parchment lined pan

 -bake for 8 min

 -add any toppings and bake another 8 min

 -freeze until room temp to maintain structure
